Ops-quota APIs charge for creates and updates against a monthly operations budget. PassFast charges for passes that stay alive. A pass you keep in wallets bills at $0.015 per month; a voided or deleted pass does not.

The first 100 generates are free (once). Voiding a pass does not restore free generates. After the free allowance, add a card to keep creating passes.
Void or delete passes you no longer need. Don’t want next month’s charge? Void or delete them before the next billing cycle.
